VN-180 Digital Recorder
Olympus welcomes a new digital recorder to its lineup which combines a compact,
lightweight design with high-quality digital sound.
The VN-180 Digital Voice Recorder weighs less than 3 ounces so it can be taken
anywhere and can act as an all-purpose device, allowing its user to record an
array of events such as business meetings, school lectures, or even personal
notes such as important phone numbers and dates.
The VN-180 also boasts a voice activation sensor which allows the device (when
turned ON) to begin recording once the microphone senses sound. It also has
three separate folders for storing up to 100 messages each. Using the handy
LCD display panel, you can store, move or save your messages from folder to
folder or create recordings to remind you of important events or dates such
as a birthday or anniversary. You can even program up to 20 recordings, each
to play automatically at a given time to serve as a reminder of important meetings
or simply a wake-up call.
In addition to facilitating file management, the LCD display provides valuable
information such as remaining recording time, voice activation mode, the date
& time, play mode (SP/LP) and battery status. This new digital recorder
is well-equipped to fit many, if not all, of your recording needs.
