PayClock

PayClock, from Lathem Time Company, is the next step in the evolutionary process of powerful, yet easy to use time and attendance systems.

Two models are available. The PayClock PC1000 Time and Attendance Terminal is designed exclusively for small businesses with 50 or fewer employees. Reliability and ease of use are the trademarks of this terminal. Using patented optical badge reader technology, the PC1000 series stores the time and date of every "punch" transaction.

Employees insert their plastic ID badges to punch in and out - it's that simple. Partnered with Lathem's PayClock for Windows Time and Attendance software and your personal computer, the PC1000 is the perfect solution for small business' time and attendance.

PayClock 2000

The PayClock PC2000 Time and Attendance Terminal, with PayClock 200 for Windows Version 2.01, gives small to medium size businesses a competitive edge by handling up to 250 employees with as many as 250 terminals at different locations. The PayClock 2000 can be used to automate payroll, reduce calculation errors and accurately track employee attendance.

Employees insert their plastic ID badges to punch in and out. In addition to the badge reader, the PC2000 has a built-in keypad that allows employees to enter tips and transfer to other departments directly at the terminal. All of this transaction data is kept safe by a standard internal 5-year lithium battery backup.
